We know there's a lot to plan. We want to help.
Arrival & Departure
You are welcome to arrive at any time on the first day and depart at any time on your last day (airport transfers will always be included). However, if possible, we recommend arriving by 4PM or earlier on the first day so you have time to settle in and join us for dinner to kick off your tour. On the last day, the tour will officially end after breakfast.
We’ll be in touch with you after booking to get your flight details so we can make arrangements for your arrival and departure.
Tours with a Cairo - Luxor Transfer
If your riding tour starts in Cairo and ends in Luxor, you will need to book your own transfer flight. Flights between Cairo and Luxor are about 1 hour and operate at various times daily.
- Transfer Day: Afternoon or evening flight from Cairo International Airport (CAI) to Luxor International Airport (LXR) — We will give you the exact flight details when you book your tour!
- Last Day: If you booked a roundtrip ticket to and from Cairo, we recommend booking a roundtrip flight between Cairo and Luxor as well. When picking your Luxor departure flight on the last day, make sure to plan enough time between arriving in Cairo and your Cairo departure time. We advise giving yourself at least 3 hours in case of delays.
